How it Works

How to sell your items here at The ReFinery 29.11. The easy step by step process.

Schedule an Appointment

Through the website you can request a date and time that works for you to come in for consignment. We do consignments Monday through Saturday. Once you send in the request it can take up to 1 business day to respond.

Cleaned

We do ask that your gown is cleaned, free from any smells such as smoke, food, or animals. It is not mandatory for it to be cleaned, but there will be a cleaning fee for us to take care of it.

Bring it in

You can bring in any bridal items you may have (gown, jewelry, hair pieces, veils, shoes, and so much more. If you have questions on what to bring in, just ask). Our appointment will last about 15-20 minutes, depending on the number of items you brought in. We go through the contract, and we will answer any questions you may have. Once we have a signed contract, everything is clean, it will go out onto the floor for sale!
